Description of the flag

The very latest issue of the College of Arms newsletter makes mention of a new King's colour for the Royal Air Force (RAF). It also illustrates it in full colour and at a fairly generous size so as to make it possible to reproduce in vector, which I have drawn up.

The text that accompanies the original painting reads:
"At Buckingham Palace on 27 April, The King presented a King’s Colour to the Royal Navy, a Regimental Standard to the Life Guards, a Company Colour to The King’s Company of the Grenadier Guards and a King’s Colour to the Royal Air Force (illustrated right). All these were designed at the College of Arms. "
